It Seems That Halle Berry Is Teasing Her Storm Return in the MCU’s X-Men Movie

While ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ brought back a lot of familiar faces through great cameos, the movie still left out some important X-Men characters. One of them was Halle Berry’s Storm, who was ready to return for Deadpool’s first MCU movie.

Still, the film did a great job setting up the chance for other Marvel characters to return in the future. Many think Halle Berry could still come back as Storm in ‘Avengers: Secret Wars,’ and the actress agrees. Recently, Halle Berry said that anything is possible when it comes to playing her X-Men role again.

In an interview with Josh Wilding, she shared that she’s hopeful about returning as Storm in future projects:

“Maybe, you never know. We’ll see, fingers crossed,” the 58-year-old actress said.

Earlier, Berry mentioned her surprise at not being in Deadpool and Wolverine. According to ComicBook, she said she wanted to be in the movie and even talked to Blake Lively about it:

“Blake asked me one time when we met at a fashion show, ‘Would you be in my husband’s movie as Storm?’” Berry revealed. “I said, ‘Yeah, if he asked me,’ but he never did,” she added.

Berry’s excitement for playing superheroes goes beyond just Storm. She’s also open to revisiting her role as Catwoman, even though it wasn’t well-received:

“I’d revisit any of them,” she said. “I loved all those characters and was grateful to play them in those big franchises. So, I’d play any of them again,” she added.

Halle Berry last appeared as Storm in 2014 in a small role in ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past.’ With Hugh Jackman returning as Wolverine, there might be a chance for her to suit up as Storm in the MCU.
