The last weeks have been all hits for MCU and Disney. ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is shattering record after record at the box office, Robert Downey Jr. is back in the MCU as Dr. Doom, and ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ is almost here!

We also got new info about ‘Thunderbolts*,’ ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ ‘Ironheart,’ ‘Agatha All Along,’ ‘What If…?’ Season 3, ‘X-Men 97’ Season 2, ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man,’ and ‘Marvel Zombies.’

But one of the projects that stood out was ‘Eyes of Wakanda.’ Following the fan-favorite Black Panther and Wakanda, we finally got some new info about the upcoming Marvel animated project.

We know now that ‘Eyes of Wakanda’ will be canon to the MCU and will feature four episodes. Unfortunately, we don’t have a release date yet. The story will take place in different time periods and will feature the Wakandan history.

As for characters, an Iron Fist will appear (it probably won’t be Danny). War Dogs will also appear and be tasked with protecting Wakanda’s secrets.

Many new original characters will be introduced, including “Wakanda’s version of disrupters.” Also, a new original character named Noni, described as a “disruptor.”, will make his MCU debut.

Following Disney’s announcements at D23, Marvel fans are in for a big treat with plenty of animated projects on the way.
